The Justice Department said in legal filings that it will no longer use the term “enemy combatants” to justify holding prisoners at Guantanamo Bay. Enough sophistry! It’s time to indict, try, or release all prisoners. We have a legal system allegedly designed to provide a modicum of human justice. Let us be the country of law we claim to be and drop the ridiculous criminal bullshit we try pass for legitimate legal authority.
